    2nd and 4th Sundays: 11 a.m. Chenrezig/Amitabha practice. Chenrezig is a Bodhisattva whose principal quality is Compassion. Amitabha is the Buddha of Boundless Light. On the 4th Sunday we chant in Tibetan.

    On the 3rd Sunday of the month at 11 a.m. we do the Green Tara practice. Green Tara, also known as Jetsun Dölma in Tibetan, is said to be female Buddha, a feminine representation of Enlightenment. Sadhana practice includes meditation, chanting and mantra recitation.
