Sitting / Walking Meditation.

An event every month that begins at 10:30 am on day Fifth of the month, repeating until January 30, 2022
Note: Sunday practices are currently taking place on Zoom only.
On the fifth Sunday of the month we do Sitting / Walking Meditation.
Sitting meditation helps us settle our minds so we can begin to examine the nature of our thoughts. Walking meditation helps us bring this awareness into everyday activity.
