|7 pm Silent sitting meditation followed by discussion.|
|1st Sunday of the month: 11 am Medicine Buddha practice. Medicine Buddha is the Buddha of healing and medicine. He is described as a doctor who cures suffering with enlightened activity.|
|2nd and 4th Sundays: 11 am Chenrezig/Amitabha practice. Chenrezig is a Bodhisattva whose principal quality is compassion. Amitabha is the Buddha of Boundless Light. On the 2nd Sunday we also read the English translation.|
|3rd Sunday of the month: 11 am Green Tara practice. Green Tara, also known as Jetsun Dölma in Tibetan, is said to be a female Buddha or feminine representation of enlightenment.|
|5th Sunday of the month: 11 am Silent sitting meditation. Short periods of sitting and walking meditation. Walking meditation helps us bring the awareness from sitting meditation into everyday activity.|
